If you are not completely satisfied with your Klass Vaki™ for any reason, and as long you have used the cover that your Klass Vaki™ arrived with, and you can return it in its original condition and original packaging within thirty days from the date of arrival, then your purchase price (less shipping and handling) will be completely refunded within sixty days. If you do choose to return your Klass Vaki™, then you must use a shipping service that will verify our receipt with a signature.

With the package you must include a letter with your name and address indicating the specific reason for the return. Also to be included is a copy of the original shipping invoice that accompanied your Klass Vaki™ upon its initial arrival. Place your letter and the original invoice in the box with the merchandise, and be sure to keep track of your carrier's shipping/tracking information for your records. All returns will be evaluated upon receipt, and refunds issued at the sole discretion of LOVE YOUR BACK.
